New 550 Passenger Jet Lands In The US

Written by Terri Fogarty

Lufthansa took the new Airbus A380 “Superjumbo” jet for it’s inaugural flights from Europe to the US. The new plane is a double-decker, and represents the future of international air travel, hosting full dining and entertainment services, and being very quiet and fuel efficient. Hopefully this will mean lower ticket prices for all of us! The official story is here.

The Lufthansa employees even started their own blog about it!
